I've used the services from Rent Smart Vancity for years and its top-notch customer service, reliability and care are their signature and reason for me to stay for that long. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a management company to take care of your investment.

RentSmart is hands down one of the best options for furnished rentals in Vancouver. The properties are beautifully maintained, the furnishings are tasteful and comfortable, and the team goes above and beyond to make the whole experience smooth. It's rare to find a rental company that feels this professional and personal at the same time. Highly recommend.

I have been renting with RentSmart for the last 4 years, and Rich has been amazing to deal with. He has helped with multiple issues throughout the years in a timely fashion and has just been a pleasure to deal with over all. Highly recommend working with RentSmart - specifically Rich.

Mauricio Vasquez helped close our townhome sale in one of the toughest 2025 markets. Nailed the timing. And helped my wife and I buy a complicated court ordered apartment sale. We got the most we could have on both ends!

Joy, Mauricio and their team have done an absolutely fantastic job of renting out my high-rise apartment for the last 18 months. I own other properties so that this isn’t my first rodeo. They have looked after absolutely everything. Renting the apartment, collecting the rent and forwarding it to me, arranging for contractors to do any necessary repairs. They have also attended the apartment to allow access for such things as annual in apartment fire Alarm inspections. In summary, this company absolutely deserves a five star recommendation.
