Richie Wright – Property Coordinator

With an extensive background in building management throughout the Lower Mainland, Richie’s knowledge and experience of the city of Vancouver makes him a critical asset in the industry. His honest and mindful approach brings a sense of ease and welcome for clients local and international. Beyond guiding his clients he enjoys an active fit lifestyle, including golf, tennis, rock climbing & running along with a professional acting career in Vancouver’s film industry. His film experience has produced skills he’s incorporated into the Real Estate industry, such as generating breathtaking videography.

Joy De Ocampo – Sales Coordinator

Joy is a licensed Rental Property Manager and Real Estate Agent with Prompton Real Estate Services. She has been in the rental property business for over 10 years working her way from being an on-site resident manager to overseeing around 1,000 units under her portfolio. More recently, Joy has focused her management skills within the luxury furnished rental sector in Lower Mainland Vancouver. She is also the marketing coordinator and assists the team to increase net profits for our Owners and decrease the overall vacancies by staying up-to-date with the current rental trends.
